Hand forged boot style primitive knife

Forged from 1095 tool steel, oil quenched, oven tempered. This is forged from a single piece of high carbon steel. The handle is wrapped with leather cord for comfort. Oil quenched, oven tempered. Cuts very well. 2.75" from the plunge line to the tip. 6.5" overall. The sheath is hand tooled, dyed and riveted veg tan leather. All made by me from scratch. Treat it like a cast iron pan. Hand wash and dry.
